What this meetup was about
The center of gravity moved away from explanation and toward demonstration. Builders brought what they had, plugged it in, and let the room see the real state of things.
That changed the tone in a good way. Instead of pretending everything was ready, people could compare notes on what was fragile, surprising, or still under construction.
Demo Day made the community feel less like an audience and more like a working lab.
How the evening was structured
5–10 minute demos
People showed working projects, agent setups, local LLM workflows, and side experiments, with the emphasis on substance over polish.
Discussion and feedback
The room pushed on what was working, what was unclear, and what the next iteration might look like.
Open floor after the demos
Conversations kept going after the formal slots ended, which is often where the collaborations start.
